The 2000-P New Hampshire State Quarter was officially released by the U.S. Mint on August 07, 2000. New Hampshire originally accepted in the Statehood on July 21,1788. Therefore, it was the ninth design issued in the State Quarters program, as all states were issued in the order in which they entered the Statehood.
The Mint produced over 673 million 20009-P New Hampshire Quarters. Therefore, they are extremely common and it shouldn't be too difficult to find one in circulation. Higher examples grading MS66 or higher are mostly found in original unsearched rolls or bags. The 2000-P New Hampshire Quarter is scarce in MS68 condition. Anything grading higher than MS68 is considered rare.
