The 1999 Uncirculated Yellowstone Commemorative Silver Dollar was struck to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the country's first national park which was Yellowstone Park.
Obverse: The obverse features a spouting geyser along with scenes from the Yellowstone Park in the background. The obverse has the inscriptions, Yellowstone, In God We Trust, Liberty and 1999.
Reverse: The reverse has an image of an American Buffalo with a sun and it's rays over the mountains in the background. The reverse has the inscriptions, United States of America, E Pluribus Unum and One Dollar.
