The 1999 Connecticut Quarter is the fifth design in the 50 States Quarter Program. It is also the final State Quarter design of the 20th century.
Obverse: The obverse of the 1999-D Conneticut State Quarter is the same Washington bust design used on all State Quarters from 1999 to 2008.
Reverse: The reverse design represents the state of Conneticut by displaying a Charter Oak Tree. This was the hiding place for the states original Constitution.
Public Law: The 1999-D Conneticut State Quarter was authorized by Public Law 105-124.
