1998-D 25C MS66 Certification #83100790, PCGS #5943
Expert Comments
Jaime Hernandez
The 1998-D Washington Quarter was struck by the hundreds of millions. However, this date and mint is difficult to find in grades of MS66 and higher. In MS67 or better, it is very difficult to find and requires a lot of searching.
