The 1998-D Washington Quarter is really common in all circulated grades. It is also common in Uncirculated grades from MS60 - MS65. Examples in MS66 are a little tougher to find but still available in large quantities. In MS67 condition they become much scarcer, with several hundred examples probably still in existence. In MS68 they are truly scarce with a few dozen known. No examples are known in MS69 condition or higher.
