The 1996-P Proof Tennis Silver Dollar was struck to commemorate the XXVI Olympiad in Atlanta, Georgia. The Mint struck sixteen different coins to commemorate this special event.
Obverse: The obverse features a woman holding a tennis racket while hitting a tennis ball. The obverse also has the Olympics logo and the inscriptions, "USA, Liberty 1996 Atlanta and In God We Trust."
