1996-D 25C MS67 Certification #73248413, PCGS #5961
Expert Comments
Jaime Hernandez
The 1996-D Washington Quarter has an extremely large mintage of over 900,000 million examples struck. Therefore, it is a very common coin just like any other coin in the Washington State Quarter Program. Most examples of this issue come well struck and examples grading up to MS67 can be acquired without much effort. Only examples graded MS68 or nicer are considered scarce.
