The 1995-P Roosevelt Dime had a mintage of over 1 billion coins struck, making it extremely common. Examples should be able to be pulled from circulation with minimal efforts. In MS66 condition with Full Bands it begins to be scarce, yet, enough examples are out there that one can be easily purchased very inexpensively. In MS67 Full Bands they are much harder to find and command a significant premium. In MS68FB or higher they are considered rare since very few examples are known in this condition.
