The 1995-P Paralympic Proof Silver Dollars was issued to commemorate the Olympiad Summer Games held in Atlanta, Georgia.

Obverse: The obverse features two female Olympians running a marathon. One of them is blind and tethered by her companion. The obverse has the inscriptions, Triumph of the Human Spirit, Paralympics, In God We Trust, 1995 and Liberty.

Reverse: The reverse features two clasped hands with an Olympics torch logo above them. The reverse has the inscriptions, United States of America, E pluribus Unum, Atlanta, and One Dollar.
