1995-D 25C MS65 Certification #45404620, PCGS #5939
Expert Comments
Jaime Hernandez
The 1995-D Washington Quarter is very common up to MS66 condition, especially since the U.S. Mint struck over 1 billion examples making them very easy to obtain. Only in MS67 condition are they scarce. Anything grading higher than MS67 is very difficult to find or obtain.
