The 1995-D Roosevelt Dime has a very large mintage of over 1.27 billion. Therefore, even examples in the lower uncirculated grades are easy to locate in circulation. Examples in MS65 and higher require searching through rolls or mint sets. Examples in MS66 are scarce but still obtainable at a small premium. Examples in MS67 are much scarcer with less than 100 known. In MS68 condition they are truly scarce with less than a dozen known with none existing in better condition.
With the Full Bands designation this issue is very scarce in any condition. Less than two dozen examples have been found with Full Bands details.
