The 1994-D Capitol Building commemorative Silver Dollar was struck to commemorate the 200 years since the building was first being constructed.
Obverse: The obverse features the dome roof of the Capitol Building with 13 stars above it. It has the inscriptions. Liberty, 1994, In God We Trust and Bicentennial of United States Capitol.
Reverse: The reverse features a Shield also with 13 stars. It has several flags and an Eagle on top if it holding some arrows. It has the inscriptions, E Pluribus Unum, United States of America, and One Dollar.
