The 1994-P Washington Quarter is very common in circulated grades and even up to MS64 condition. Many examples can be found in circulation within the aforementioned grades. In MS65 condition they become a little more uncommon but can still be found in circulation with a lot of searching. Most examples in this condition and higher probably come from original bags and rolls. In MS66 it becomes a little more elusive with several hundred examples available. In MS67 condition it becomes very scarce with less than a few dozen examples known and none being finer.
