The 1993-D Washington Quarter is really common in most grades, especially since it has a mintage of over 645 million. Examples should be easily found in circulation in most grade. With the exception of examples in MS66 condition or higher. MS66 examples appear to be very scarce and command a significant premium. In MS67 condition it is very scarce and despite it's large mintage, it's very surprising that very few examples have been found in MS67 condition. Any MS67 example or in higher condition is a definitely great find.
