In the 1990's circulation strike Roosevelt Dimes began to be in much nicer quality than in previous years. The 1993-D Roosevelt Dime however, was not struck as well and examples in MS66 appear to be very scarce, especially with the Full Bands designation. PCGS has certified less than a dozen examples in MS66 Full Bands. In MS67 condition it is almost unheard of and also less than a dozen have been graded by PCGS in MS67 Full Bands. Any example in MS66 Full Bands or higher  is very challenging to locate.
