The 1991-P Washington Quarter is very common. Although, examples in MS66 condition and higher appear to be scarce and very tough to locate. It appears as if few examples are seldom offered in the marketplace, and finding one to purchase may take as long as a year or more. In MS67 condition they are really scarce and less and a few dozen are known. Examples in MS67 are very difficult to locate and collectors will usually have to keep an eye out for a long time before they find one in the market.
