The 1990-P Washington Quarter is really common and can still be found in circulation in circulated grades up to about MS64 condition. In MS65 condition it is a little tougher to find but probably still possible to find some in circulation. In MS66 condition it becomes scarce but it can be purchased inexepensively. In MS67 condition it is really scarce with with less than a dozen known and none being finer.
