The 1990-D Roosevelt Dime is fairly common. Examples in circulated grades up to about MS66 can easily be obtained with minimal efforts. In MS67 condition it is scarce but enough examples exist to make it affordable for most collectors. In MS68 condition or higher it is very difficult to find. Examples displaying Full Bands characteristics are very difficult to find and command a strong premium in most grades.
