The 1989-P Roosevelt Dime is very common as the Mint struck over 1.298 billion for circulation. Finding an example in circulation should be fairly easy. Only in MS67 Full Bands or higher are they hard to find. Anything grading higher than MS67 Full Bands is considered very scarce.
