The 1988-D Washington Quarter is one of the tougher dates in MS67 condition in the Clad Quarter series from 1976 to Date. it is even more difficult to find than some of the Silver Washington Quarter issues. As an example, the 1939 Washington Silver Quarter has well over 250 examples graded in MS67 codition, with atleast 15 or more higher. Compare this to only 8 coins graded in MS67 condition with one finer for the 1988-D Quarter. It is definitely a very tough issuse and very underestimated for the series.
