The 1975-D Roosevelt Dime was struck in large quantities, making it very common in circulated grades. In Uncirculated grades without Full Bands details, it is common up to about MS66 condition. In MS67 or higher it is much more difficult to find.

With the Full Bands characteristics it is scarce in most grades. In MS67 with Full Bands it is very difficult to find and usually commands a very strong premium.
