The 1972 Roosevelt Dime is really common in circulated grades, including up to about MS65 condition. Only in MS66 condition or higher does it appear to be scarce. However, with the Full Bands designation this issue is truly scarce in any condition. Most examples of this issue were either weakly struck on the reverse of the coin or the Full Band details on the actual die were very weak. Therefore, making this coin very scarce with the Full Bands designation.
