The 1971-D Roosevelt Dime is very common since hundreds of millions of examples were struck for circulation. Only in MS66 condition or higher does it appear to be scarce. In MS67 condition they are definitely scarce with less than a few dozen known examples and no MS68 or higher coins being known. With the Full Bands designation they are extremely scarce in any grade. There are fewer than a couple hundred  examples known with the Full Bands designations.
