There were over 145 million 1969-P Roosevelt Dimes struck for circulation, therefore, it is very common in most grades. Only in MS67 does it become scarce, as there are less than a few dozen examples known. There are no examples graded by PCGS in higher condition. With the Full Bands designation, this issue is very scarce with less than a dozen known examples displaying Full Bands characteristics.
