The 1964-P Lincoln Cent is very common in circulated grades all the way up to MS63 condition. In MS64 and MS65 it becomes a little tougher to find but yet still easily available and can be purchased raw for under $1 each. In MS66 condition it becomes scarce with a few thousand examples known. In MS67 it is one of the scarcer issues from the 1960's and there are probably no more than a handful of coins in existence that would grade MS67 or higher.
