TOP POP and 1 of just (2) 67's. Strong Franklins from the 60's are hard to find...but almost impossible to find this strong of a strike and grade that comes with OMG, off the Charts, WOW Rainbow Toning. This is by far the best toning on a Franklin from the 1960's that I have ever seen. Just an amazing coin and so pretty. Not sure why this coin did not 67 Plus, it is just flawless.
