The 1959-P Roosevelt Dime is one of the common dates for the series. It has one of the larger mintages of over 85 million coins struck. For the most part, circulated coins all the way up to about MS64 condition are failry common.
In MS65 condition they become scarcer but examples in this grade can be purchased at a minimal price. Examples in MS66 are tougher to come by and probably several thousands of examples survive in this condition. In MS67 they are very scarce and less than a few hundred examples are known. Examples displaying Full Bands are very tough to locate in grades of MS67 or higher. There are less than a dozen examples graded by PCGS in MS67FB+ with none being finer.
