There were over 46 million 1950-D Roosevelt Dimes struck and many of them still exist. Therefore, this issue is fairly common up to about MS66 condition, with or without the full bands designation. In MS67 with or withoutout the complete full bands it is much scarcer, however, it is fairly affordable that even collectors on a small budget can afford an example in this condition. In MS68 with or without full bands it is rare and very expensive that most examples are usually owned by very serious collectors only.
