According to the PCGS Population Report, the 1950 is the second most common Philadelphia Mint Washington quarter (after the 1941) in MS65 or better condition. I don't remember it being that easy of a BU roll back in the 1960s, but apparently a large quantity were saved and for a P-Mint, this issue comes very nice.
