1948 25C MS67+ Certification #25340323, PCGS #5836
Expert Comments
David Hall
While the 1948 is a higher mintage issue, it is scarcer in Gem condition than the lower mintage S-Mints of the era, since the S-Mints were saved in larger quantities. The typical mint state 1948 is well struck with good luster.
