1939-D 5C Reverse of 1940 MS65 Certification #13263686, PCGS #94005
Expert Comments
Ron Guth
The 1939-D Nickel is one of the most popular dates in the series, and the Reverse of 1940 is slightly more rare than the Reverse of 1938 variant, although Full Step exampes are of aproximately equal rarity. The finest example certified by PCGS is a single MS67+FS.
