1939-D 5C Reverse of 1938, FS MS67+ FS Certification #40193927, PCGS #84005
Expert Comments

The 1939-D Nickel is a scarce date with Full Steps, no matter which reverse is considered (both the Reverse of 1938 and the Reverse of 1940 are of approximately equal rarity). This is a very popular date because of its low mintage, and demand is high for well-struck, high-grade examples. At the top of the Condition Census for this variety are three PCGS MS67FS's.
