1937 50C PR66 Certification #38141554, PCGS #6637
Expert Comments
David Hall
With only 5728 specimens originally struck, the 1937 is the second lowest mintage proof Walking Liberty half dollar. And as would be logical, it is also the second rarest, after only the 1936. Many 1937 proof halves are deeply mirror and have outstanding eye appeal. They are rare, but not impossible to find in Superb gem condition. There are no known Cameo examples.
