The 1925 is semi-common in circulated grades and somewhat scarce in mint state. In Gem condition, it is not as rare as the earlier Philadelphia Mint issues, but it is rarer than the P mints that follow with the exception of the 1928, which is about the same rarity. Most examples are well struck and luster can be quite frosty.
