The 1914 Lincoln cent is the toughest Philadelphia cent in grades of MS67 and higher in the entire Lincoln cent series.
In grades of MS67 or higher from 1909 to 1929 Philadelphia struck cents, the 1914 is the scarcest. Followed by the1913, 1924, 1920, 1912, 1910, 1927, 1929, 1916, 1925, 1928, 1926, 1915, 1911, 1918, 1923, 1921, 1917and finally the 1919 cent.
