Because of its large mintage, the 1908 Quarter Dollar is a common coin in most grades.  Even in Mint State, generous quantities exist in a range of grades from MS62 to MS65.  Even MS66 examples are relatively common, but MS67 and better examples are super rare.  Of the two PCGS MS67 examples known today, one is colorfully toned; the other is mostly white (see above).

This date comes well struck, usually with frosty luster.
