The 1905-S Dime is semi-scarce and usually fetches a small premium in lower grades and up to a 100% premium in higher grades. Ample Mint State examples exist to satisfy collectors demand. Several dozen examples are known in MS64, with a small amount in MS63, and even smaller amounts in MS62 and MS65. Gems are rare. The Top Ten examples (per the PCGS Condition Census) range from MS66 to MS67.
The strike quality of this date is generally strong.
