In 1903, the Mint produced mostly brilliant Proof Half Dollars, with very few Cameos mixed in (these were early states of the dies before they self-polished as more and more coins were struck).  Deep Cameo Proofs are unknown and may not exist.  The overall quality of this date is very high and it is easy to find examples in grades up to and including MS67.  Some PR68 examples are known and there are enough of them to keep prices at an attractive level.
