In 1891, the last year of the Seated Liberty design, the Philadelphia Mint produced 600 Proofs and 200,000 circulation strikes (the largest mintage since 1878).  This return to normal means that the price pressure on Proofs is off because collectors can opt for a more common, circulation strike instead.  PR63 and PR64 examples are the ones seen most frequently.  Cameo examples are scarce, but not rare, unlike the Deep Cameo examples, which are as scarce as hen's teeth.
