The 1883 Proof Liberty Nickel with the word "Cents" on the reverse has the highest mintage for the Proof Liberty Nickel series. Most examples appear to exist in PR64 to PR65 condition. In PR66 they are much less common. In PR67 or higher they are very difficult to locate and expect to pay a high premium for an example in this condition.
