The 1877 Proof  Indian Cent has a mintage of about 900 examples struck. This is one of the lower mintages in the series, especially if compared to issues from the 1880's to 1900's. Examples up to about PR64 seem to be the most common. Anything grading higher is scarce to rare. The best examples known are in about PR67 condition. Anything grading higher is unknown.
