1871 50C AU55 Certification #18295328, PCGS #6330
Expert Comments

The 1871 Half Dollar is a common coin and one that is fairly easy to obtain in Mint State, at least, relative to the other dates and mintmarks around it. MS62 to MS64 examples are the norm, and anything better becomes quite rare. A couple of MS66 examples are known but none have appeared on the market since 1997, when a PCGS MS66 sold for $8,800.
