The 1867 Half Dollar is definitely less common than the 1866 With Motto and the 1869, and is more in line with the 1868. Mint State examples are scarce, but not rare, and can be found most easily in MS63 and MS64. Gems are definitely rare and somewhere out there is an amazing PCGS MS68 which is one of only four examples of the With Motto type in such an incredible grade.
This date almost always comes fully struck and the luster is usually frosty white.
