The 1866 Proof Indian Cent has one of the lower mintages in the series. Examples in PR63-PR64 appear to be more plentiful. In PR65 and higher they become scarcer. Coins with red brown surfaces appear to be more available. Coins with mostly red or cameo surfaces are much scarcer.
