The 1855-O Quarter Dollar is easily the rarest of the With Arrows type.  The mintage is a mere 176,000, a drastic fall-off from the million plus mintage of the previous year's output at the New Orleans Mint.  A look at the PCGS Population Report confirms the rarity -- it has the lowest population of any Quarter Dollar from 1853 to 1855.

Mint State examples of this date are very rare.  The finest example is the NGC MS67 that hails from the Stickney and Eliasberg Collections.
