The 1834 3 Over Inverted 3 Half Dime is very scarce in all grades. The first 3 digit in the date was punched upside-down and then re-struck to the correct position, therefore, creating a 3 Over Inverted 3 variety. This variety is very popular and fairly obvious to the naked eye. There are two known reverse die's know for this variety.
