Virginia Halfpennies are divided into two major varieties.  The first has a period (also commonly referred to as a "stop") after GEORGIVS; the second has no period after GEORGIVS.  Within those two major varieties, there are numerous die varieties.  The "Period" variety appears to be twice as common as the "No Period" variety, based on the PCGS Population Report.

Hundreds of the "Period" variety have been graded in Mint State, mostly in MS63 and MS64.  Brown examples are the most common, followed fairly closely by Red-Brown examples, but full red examples are very scarce (if not rare).
