Bought this coin from Steve Ivy in 1979. Incredible luster with semi PL surfaces.

Mintage of 42,738 includes both varieties. In my opinion a '53' coin, not a '50', the reverse is weakly struck.
Nicest AU coin I have ever seen. Mintage of 7,776, but Q. David Bowers thinks 60,000 is more realistic.
