The First Generations pcgs Rattler Set

About This Set: For those of you collecting franklin proof half dollars, this is a set you will like. While definetly not going to make it to the number 1 spot around,this set will be an amazing set to behold if it can be completed. This set will only consist of rattler holder franklin proofs in pr65 and above.

the pop reports come from a very nice forum member who sent me a copy of the june 1989 pops.
while some pops probably did go up from june to december-this is what I have right now
so enjoy what you see and if you know of anyway to help build this amazing set that would be most appreciative!
A note about the poulations: while the reports do show that there were some pr68's and even pr69's- sadly I will have to assume that NONE of these exist today. In heritage's archive, only 1 pr68 has ever crossed the block and since then has been cracked. Also especially the earlier years which are much rarer and bring much nicer prices in the higher grades, have an even larger chance that they have been cracked in order get at least a one grade bump. Still- I look forward at least to finding all 14 pieces and would love to upgrade any that come along
