All in red (MS64RD and higher) 1929 and later. All MS65RD and higher 1929 and later except for the 31-D. All MS66RD and higher 1936 and later. 11 coins in MS67RD, and all three 1943 steel cents in MS67. Entire 140 coin set in PCGS registry as of 4/20/2018.
